Joh has over 15 years experience working as a Physiotherapist and Mindful-Movement Practitioner. You can expect a calm, compassionate and collaborative approach when working with Joh.

  • Integrative whole-body health (expect your whole body to be considered in assessment even if you come in for a specific area of pain)
  • Working with woman through all life stages (adolescents, antenatal and menopause) and factoring how this impacts her body, pain and movement practice
  • Empowering those with persistent or chronic pain conditions, POTS, invisible illness such as Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and fatigue
  • Pain and movement in relationship to mental health, psychology, mindfulness, and meditation
  • Balanced, multi-modal movement/exercise practices (Strength, Control, Mobility, Cardio) and of course rest and recovery (breath work, sleep)

Fun Facts

  • Joh completed an Undergraduate Certificate in Sustainable Living during Covid lock downs and is a qualified Permaculture Designer
  • Joh has also completed level 1 in Canine Physiotherapy and loves dogs (hers – Zen the Hungarian Vizsla and of course yours!)
  • If Joh wasn’t a Physio she would most likely be a Landscape Architect or Environmental Scientist.
  • Not surprisingly on the weekends you’ll most likely find Joh walking dog friendly trails around Geelong, Surf Coast and Bellarine Peninsula
